Agreement

Auctionbuilt (auctionbuilt.com) is software operated by Independent Auction Development Group, LLC. Wholesale auto auctions use it to run AI agents and to receive and manage vehicle arbitration claims from the dealers who buy from them.

By using Auctionbuilt, including filing an arbitration claim on an Auctionbuilt claim form or using the dealer portal, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Arbitration Claims

Auctionbuilt delivers your claim to the auction you file it with. The auction reviews the claim and makes every decision about it under its own rules. Independent Auction Development Group, LLC is not a party to the sale or to the claim.

You agree that the information and files you submit with a claim are accurate and that you have the right to submit them.

Text Messaging Program

Program: Auctionbuilt text message updates. When you file an arbitration claim you may tick an optional, unticked box to receive text messages: account updates and security alerts, including arbitration claim status updates, for example when a claim is accepted for review, a vehicle return reminder, and when it is resolved. Texts are transactional; we never send marketing texts. Texting is not required to file a claim.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation text and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy at https://auctionbuilt.com/privacy. The text message terms, with the opt-in as it appears on the claim form, are at https://auctionbuilt.com/sms.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

Auction staff accounts are created by their auction. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access another auction's data, interfering with the service, or submitting unlawful, false, or harmful content.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is. AI agent outputs are recommendations for people to review, not decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Independent Auction Development Group, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version; continued use after an update means you accept it.
