Information We Collect

We collect account information you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and authentication details needed to operate your account.

We collect workspace content that you or your organization choose to upload, connect, or generate in the platform, including documents, prompts, agent configurations, chat messages, and workflow outputs.

We collect technical information such as device, browser, log, security, and usage data to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

Google Workspace Data

If you connect a Google account, Auction Agents Platform requests access only after you explicitly authorize a specific agent to use Google Workspace capabilities.

Depending on the scopes you approve, connected agents may access Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and your Google account email address to perform actions you request.

Google OAuth tokens are stored server-side, encrypted at rest, and scoped to the user and agent installation that you connected. You can disconnect a Google account from an agent at any time in the application.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and secure the platform, authenticate users, operate AI agents, retrieve and cite relevant knowledge, perform actions you request, maintain audit logs, and improve reliability.

We do not use Google Workspace data for advertising. We do not sell Google Workspace data.

We do not use Google Workspace data to train general-purpose AI models. Agent responses are generated only to provide the service and complete user-requested tasks.

Google API Limited Use

Auction Agents Platform's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only access, use, store, or share Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the application and that you authorize.

Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, understand platform usage, and improve reliability.

Analytics data is used to operate and improve the service. We do not use Google Workspace data for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect the rights and safety of users, or work with service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Customer workspace data is tenant-scoped. We do not intentionally expose one customer's private workspace data to another customer.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account, workspace, audit, and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your account or connected data by contacting us. Disconnecting Google Workspace removes the stored OAuth credential for that agent, but prior agent outputs or audit records may remain where required for platform integrity, security, or legal compliance.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you.

You can control Google Workspace access by disconnecting a Google account from an agent or revoking access from your Google Account security settings.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including tenant isolation, row-level security, encrypted credential storage, access controls, and operational monitoring.

No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
